The shape of the team

Veriti is currently a small, multi-disciplinary team based in Norway. We work close to the product: engineers contribute to industry conversations; the founders write code. There are no engineering managers, no product managers, no "ticket triage" layer between you and the work.

What we look for when we hire

• Curiosity about how the music industry actually moves money. You should be able to explain the difference between an ISWC and an ISRC by the end of your first interview. (We'll help if you can't yet.)
• Comfort with empirical work. Veriti integrates with a lot of badly-documented external systems. We don't guess; we verify.
• Concern for accuracy over throughput. Wrong information in a royalty product erodes trust irreversibly. We'd rather ship less and ship correct.
